    Liqueur

    We use premium melon mainly from Yubari, Japan's melon Mecca. Yubari melons account for just one percent of melon production in Japan.

    They only flourish in Yubari, where conditions are just right. They’re the hardest type of melon to grow. Growers have to monitor the melons carefully, as though they were their own children, and harvest them on exactly the right day to capture their fabled sweetness, but they're cuts above the rest.

    MIDORI really is one of the most versatile liqueurs.

  • Sambuca Opal Nera

    Liqueur

    Opal Nera is a blend of various distilled ingredients which we prepare from scratch, using fresh products (yes, that's right, rather than siphon from huge tanks of various flavourings, we actually take stuff and make distillates from it - innovative isn't it?) So we blend distillates of green anise, star anise, elderflowers, elderberries, coriander and lemon peel (along with a few secret little treats) with neutral alcohol from beet, for a more natural sweetness. And for a final flourish, we infuse the whole thing with elderberry skins to give Opal Nera its distinctive, rich purple-black colour. The result is what we like to call "damn tasty".

  • Sambuca Opal Bianca

    Liqueur

    Opal Bianca is a modern interpretation of traditional Italian sambucas. 

    It is made with pure Alpine water, elderflowers, fresh lemon and two kinds of anise. These all natural ingredients produce a smooth, seductive aniseed and citrus flavour.

    Enjoy it straight, over ice, in coffee or as a refreshing aperitif.

  • Sambuca Opal Rossa

    Liqueur

    The world's first blood-cherry liqueur, Opal Rossa is blood red in colour reminiscent of a rich claret. Enticing nose of cherry, almond and bakewell tart with a hint of aniseed, lingering sweetness that gives way to a dark cherry core and subtle aniseed finish.

    Fills the mouth with a gentle warmth and ends smoothly.

  • Antica Sambuca Classic

    Liqueur

    The steam distillation of star anise fruits together with an infusion of sweet orange, coriander, iris, Turkish rose and many other herbs, form the basis of the most famous Italian liqueur: Antica Sambuca. Mixing the star anise distillate with essential oils, fine spirits and the purest white sugar gives the product a pleasant anise aroma.

    Colour: Crystal-clear
    Aroma: Plleasant anise aroma
    Flavour: Velvety, harmonious and intense. Sweet, but on contact with the palate it remains smooth with hints of sourness.

    Indications: Antica Sambuca ® Classica may be enjoyed in shot, on the rocks, in coffee, or for preparing cocktails and long drinks.

  • Sambuca Cherry

    Liqueur

    It’s a liqueur composed of Antica Sambuca Classic and cherry flavour

    Colour: Red
    Aroma: Delicate and harmonious
    Flavour: Typical of anise with hints of cherry and toasted almonds.

    Liqueur

    It’s a liqueur composed of Antica Sambuca Classic and raspberry flavour Ladies particularly appreciate its colour and perfume.

    Colour: Pale pink
    Aroma: Pleasant and fruity
    Flavour: Velvety, harmonious, typical raspberry flavour with anise finish.

  • Volare Triple Sec

    Liqueur

    Volare Triple Sec is obtained from the infusion and distillation of sweet orange peel and flavoured with a delicate aroma of orange blossom. 

    Colour: Clear, colourless.
    Aroma: Fragrant.
    Flavour: Sweet, fragrant with hints of citrus fruit.

    Indications: Serve neat or on the rocks, excellent for preparing cocktails or other mixed drinks.

  • Volare Blu Curaçao

    Liqueur

    Volare Blu Curaçao is the best-known traditional liqueur in the cocktail world. This product is made with orange peel from the island of Curaçao.
    The orange peel is dried to release the essential oils, then distilled in the finest alcohol. 

    Colour: Deep blue.
    Aroma: Citrus fruit, typical of mandarin oranges.
    Flavour: Pleasant, delicate.

    Indications: Serve neat or on the rocks, excellent for preparing cocktails or other mixed drinks.

  • Volare Amaretto

    Liqueur

    The natural extract of pressed ripe almonds give this liqueur its typical unique character.

    Colour: Amber.
    Aroma: Fragrant.
    Flavour: Intense and soft.

  • Volare Butterscotch

    Liqueur

    A combination of butter, vanilla and hazelnut cream harmoniously blended to create a unique characteristic liqueur.

    Colour: Straw yellow.
